Salon Policies
We strive to create the ultimate salon experience for you, so please take a moment to review our Salon Policies. By choosing to book an appointment, you confirm that you have read and understand these policies and agree to abide by their terms and conditions.
Deposits
Deposits are 50% of your requested service fee and will be collected at checkout. The remaining balance will be due at the time of service. Deposits non-refundable, but are transferrable up to one time as long as the appointment transfer aligns with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations/No-Call, No-Show
We are committed to ensuring the moments leading up to your appointment are smooth and easy. Appointment confirmations are sent out via text, email or both 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment. During that time, you will be able to confirm, change or cancel your appointment. Canceling within 24 hrs of your appointment will result in a loss of deposit.
- All appointments must be canceled online.
NC/NS will be charged for 100% of your service total. Failure to complete this transaction will result in being blocked from further booking opportunities.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 25 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. Your deposit will automatically be transfered and applied to your new service date. Please communicate with us at anytime if you need more help.
Late Fee
A grace period of 15 minutes will be allotted. If you fail to communicate or arrive after the grace period, $30 will be added to your service total.
